Arts Integration Trainings
Interested in increasing attendance and engagement, reducing disciplinary issues, and improving academic performance? If so, this is the training for you. Research has consistently shown that arts integration, when implemented effectively, can do all of these things and more. This training, based on New Day Education Consulting’s own approach, has been shown to help students gain an average of three years of academic growth in all subject areas in just one year. It will provide teachers with the knowledge and skills they need to effectively employ these techniques in their own classrooms. Depending on the client’s need, this training can be provided as a 3-hour or six-hour workshop and can be tailored to any grade-level or discipline. We also offer a generalized training for an entire school. New Day Education Consulting offers multi-day trainings for those desiring a deeper, more comprehensive dive into this groundbreaking approach.
Pricing information for the workshops is as follows:
3-Hour Workshop— $500, plus travel expenses and $20 per participant for supplies
6-hour Workshop—$1,000 plus travel expenses and $20 per participant for supplies.

Leadership Training

This leadership training, which can be tailored in length depending on the client’s need, focuses on helping school administrators grow as leaders while simultaneously giving them the skills and tools necessary to develop authentic relationships that will allow them to better support the teachers and staff that they serve. Organizational Evaluations
Sometimes an outside perspective is exactly what you need to identify opportunities for improvement and develop plans that will help you create happier staff and more successful students. With an organizational evaluation, New Day Education Consulting founder Nicole Duslak is there to do just that. She will spend time on site at your organization (length of visit determined by size of school) interviewing and observing faculty and staff and will help you develop success plans based on the results of those interviews and observations. Organizational evaluations also include quarterly check-ins where the efficacy of the success plans can be determined and any necessary tweaks can be made. One-On-One Consultations
Ideal for teachers, curriculum designers, or instructional specialists, these one-on-one consultations can be completed via phone or via Zoom. They provide an opportunity to work directly with award-winning teacher and administrator Nicole Duslak to design lessons and approaches that will increase teaching effectiveness and improve the student experience. They can also be used for curriculum/classroom trouble-shooting and problem-solving. One-on-one consults can be purchased as individual sessions or bundles.
